Four packages of rectifier bridge

The rectifier bridge stack product is composed of four rectifier silicon chips for bridge connection, and is packaged with insulating plastic externally. The high-power rectifier bridge is wrapped with zinc metal shell outside the insulating layer to enhance heat dissipation. There are many types of rectifier bridges: flat, round, square, bench shaped (straight plug and patch), GPP and O/J structures. The maximum rectifier current is 0.5A to 100A, and the maximum reverse peak voltage is 50V to 1600V.

There are four types of rectifier bridge packages: square bridge, flat bridge, round bridge, patch MINI bridge;

The square bridge is mainly packaged (BR3, BR6, BR8, GBPC, KBPC, KBPC-W, GBPC-W, MT-35 (three-phase bridge));

Flat bridge is mainly packaged (KBP, KBL, KBU, KBJ, GBU, GBJ, D3K);

The round bridge is mainly packaged with (WOB, WOM, RB-1);

The chip MINI bridge is mainly packaged (BDS, MBS, MBF, ABS).
